‘Sister Wives’ stars Janelle and Kody Brown’s son Garrison dead at 25 in apparent suicide

“Sister Wives” stars Janelle and Kody Brown’s son Garrison died Tuesday in an apparent suicide, according to a new report. He was 25.

The Flagstaff Police Department told TMZ that Garrison died at his home in Arizona, where he had been living on his own after moving away from his family.

Authorities responded to Garrison’s residence following a report of a death.

Police told the outlet that he was dead at the scene when they arrived, adding that he appeared to have suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The department — which shared that Garrison’s brother Gabriel was the one who found him — does not suspect any foul play, according to the report, and the death is being investigated as a suicide.

Janelle later took to Instagram to confirm the news of her loss.

“Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown,” she wrote alongside two photos of Garrison.

“He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him. His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”

TLC, meanwhile, told Page Six, “We are devastated to hear of the tragic loss of Garrison Brown. We extend our deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences to the Brown family at this difficult time.”

Garrison had appeared on “Sister Wives” since 2010, the reality show that has long documented his 55-year-old father’s polygamous lifestyle. His mother, Janelle, 54, was among Kody’s spouses until she split from him in 2022.

Garrison and his large family used to live in Utah until relocating to Las Vegas.

The National Guard member moved out of their Sin City abode, though, during the COVID-19 pandemic as his brood navigated a feud ignited by his dad’s strict coronavirus-related rules.

Garrison purchased a home in Arizona, where he’d been residing since 2021 with his pets.

His last Instagram post was shared last week, introducing his followers to a new cat named Ms. Buttons.

“Newest edition to my home, Ms Buttons. She’s 9 years old and was on the line for euthanasia but my savior complex couldn’t suffice,” he wrote.
